Another Toddler Towel

My best friend growing up recently had her first baby. Because toddler towels are such a hit at our house, I decided I would make one for her new little girl. My son has two of them and could use a few more. These towels are my favorite for baths and swimming. The "towel hat" is the best part for keeping their wet heads warm.
